About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support go-to-market strategies for our Legal News Portfolio, with a focus on MLex®. This role blends content creation, project coordination, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness and engagement
Create clear, compelling content across email, web, social media, and sales materials
Manage multiple marketing projects from planning to delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business goals
Use tools like Salesforce, Pardot, GA4, and Pendo to track performance and optimize campaigns
Support strategic planning and maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders
Contribute to dashboard development and campaign reporting
Requirements:
Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (formal education not required)
Strong writing and storytelling skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Familiarity with marketing platforms and data tools (training available)
Collaborative mindset and openness to learning
