As a Product Marketing Manager, this role will responsible for managing the overall go-to market schedules and activities for products in the United States.
SalesProfitMarket SharePrice Positioning (API)Forecast accuracyAged inventoryProduct category roadmap and lifecycleStrategic promotional plans and calendarsWeekly forecasts and formation of plans to close gaps vs monthly/quarterly/annual plansCommunication with and updates to overseas HQ counterpartsForecasting: You will become an expert at collaborative forecasting by fully understanding the input from the Sales team and the upcoming market conditions. You will contribute to weekly unit forecasts (AP2) based on analysis of channel inventory, sell-through history, future promotions, competitive activity, and seasonality by model and by key account. In order to do this, you will work closely with Sales Operations staff, assisting in weekly sales forecast and product allocations.
Financial Analysis: You will be responsible for the financial analysis and business planning of the Audio Product Marketing group. You will prepare budgets, track expenses, to ensure that the department meets its’ revenue and customer penetration targets. You will monitor financial trends and budgeted revenues and expenditures of responsible divisions to ensure the fiscal responsibility and control is maintained and to assure. You will prepare monthly budget analysis reports and provide reporting as needed to management.
Competitive Analysis: In this role you will assess competitive initiatives and provide appropriate competitive responses. This will include researching the market environment, including retail positioning of product and market trends including product positioning, key features, and benefits of products. In addition, you will research the competitive pricing and trends in the market.

Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree.Strong background that shows candidate’s proficiency in data analyticsPreferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels within the Samsung organization and within customer organizations.The ability to convince others, in a potentially adversarial environment, including customer leadership, VP's, directors & managers, staff, and vendors with opposing views to accept/approve plans, technical, and project recommendations.The ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple and simultaneous performance projects.The ability to write, read, interpret, and act on proper understanding of technical documents, engineering materials, or related documents based on corporate legal and customer applications, business standards, and philosophy.#LI-RL1

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $106,500 and $116,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
