ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for several clinical portfolios, each focused on delivering technology deployments and strategic initiatives to our health ministries nationwide. These portfolios are driving transformation by deploying new technologies and features, and advancing strategic initiatives that improve care delivery across our health system. This role is instrumental in crafting messaging, building awareness of the value these initiatives deliver, and driving adoption of new solutions among frontline caregivers, clinical leaders, and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new technology deployments and clinical initiatives across assigned portfoliosTranslate complex EHR features and clinical applications into clear, compelling clinical value propositions tailored to caregivers, operational leaders, and system-level stakeholdersLead the planning and execution of product launches and adoption campaigns by developing clear, impactful communications and enablement strategies that drive adoptionPartner with portfolio leaders, project teams, and market stakeholders to ensure messaging resonates, clearly communicates value and is easily understood within the context of the clinical technology ecosystemTrack campaign performance, adoption metrics and user feedback to measure impact and inform continuous improvementSupport change management efforts by translating complex initiatives into easy-to-understand stories that highlight value and impactRequirementsEducation:
High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.Additional Preferences Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field5+ years of experience in product marketing, strategic communications, or go-to-market roles, preferably within healthcare or technology organizationsStrong understanding of product marketing principles and tacticsDemonstrated success in leading marketing campaigns for technology rollouts or transformation initiativesDeep expertise in go-to-market strategy and product positioning, with a track record of successfully launching and driving adoption of technology-enabled solutions in complex organizations.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex technical features into simple, compelling storiesExcellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelinesProven ability to build relationships and influence across clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders, tailoring messaging to the audiencePassion for healthcare transformation and a commitment to supporting frontline caregivers and clinical teamsFamiliarity with tools and platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe Illustrator, Google Workspace, and leading EHRs (e.g., Oracle Cerner, Epic, AthenaHealth) preferredWhy Join Our Team
