Product Marketing Manager, GenAI, NASM Tech & AI Marketing

We are seeking an intellectually curious and action-oriented Product Marketing Manager, GenAI to join our team. In this role, you will lead the execution of experiments across Amazon-owned channels, focusing on net-new tech products and agentic solutions (e.g., AI agents). You'll identify high-impact opportunities where Agentic AI can transform marketing operations, develop and execute proof-of-concepts, and drive quick adoption through hands-on training programs across Amazon's marketing organizations. Success in this role requires both a learning mindset to deeply understand emerging AI technologies and marketing best practices, and a bias for action to rapidly translate insights into scalable solutions. You will establish and own a continuous feedback loop between marketers and technical teams, ensuring our AI solutions evolve to meet real marketing needs while maintaining excellence in marketing standards. Key job responsibilities - Lead the marketing roadmap for experimenting with agentic solutions - Conduct lunch and learns across marketing teams to train marketers on how to leverage AgenticAI - Partner cross-functionally with other teams, like Content Systems and WWE to guide their roadmaps, ensuring cohesiveness and marketing best practices are kept top of mind About the team We’re a team of 80+, including product marketers, marketing strategists, merchandisers, channel leads, and beyond, sitting in NYC, Seattle, Santa Monica, and now expanding to Barcelona, Spain. Our team is filled with a wide range of personalities and backgrounds, including experts in video, influencer strategy, large-scale 360-marketing campaigns, and beyond who have come from backgrounds in retail, tech, print media, digital media, academia, and agency work. Basic Qualifications - 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion - Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels Preferred Qualifications - Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs - Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
