Position Responsibilities:
Strategic Vision & Execution: Build and lead a comprehensive MARCOM strategy for the Cabin, Modifications & Maintenance portfolio that aligns with business objectives and drives market differentiation.Audience & Market Intelligence: Conduct deep market research and audience segmentation to inform messaging, channel strategy, and campaign design.Compelling Storytelling: Develop persuasive, customer-centric messaging and content that elevates Boeing’s value proposition and empowers sales teams.Integrated Campaign Leadership: Orchestrate multi-channel marketing campaigns and product launches that deliver measurable impact across digital, experiential, and traditional platforms.Performance Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, engagement metrics, and ROI to continuously refine marketing tactics and improve outcomes.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product management, creative teams, and external agencies to ensure alignment and execution across all touchpoints.Industry Presence & Advocacy: Represent Boeing at trade shows, conferences, and customer events—serving as a strategic voice and thought leader in the aerospace aftermarket space.Innovation & Growth Enablement: Stay ahead of industry trends and marketing innovations to bring fresh ideas, tools, and technologies into the MARCOM ecosystem.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field5+ years of experience in marketing communications, ideally within aerospace, technology, or B2B environmentsExperience in developing and executing MARCOM strategiesExceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling narrativesExperience building dashboards, reports, and visualizations to inform decision-makingExperience working with cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders at all levelsExperience using digital marketing platforms, CRM tools, and campaign analytics to support data-driven marketing executionPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
