**Summary:** We’re seeking an experienced leader to help empower people and businesses to connect and create economic value. The Product Marketing Lead, Catalog will support the Catalog Product area with the vision for Meta to be best-in-class in delivering advertiser and user value using product & business data. Catalog is an effective way to offer shoppers rich product experiences to help them discover and connect with businesses on Meta’s surfaces. This includes strengthening our core capabilities and investing in new initiatives from the foundational platform to manage product information efficiently to effortless onboarding, more intelligent applications and seamless advertiser experience. This area drives value across a variety of use cases from Ads, Conversational Commerce and Business AI Agents to name a few.As the ideal candidate, you will have experience closely partnering with product and sales leaders on developing portfolio-level product strategies across technical enterprise business tools, and will be responsible for leading a team of product marketers that influence product development and lead go-to-market strategy. You will need to be an experienced, hands-on operational manager who is able to execute against business objectives while growing and developing individuals. Strategic thinking skills, cross-functional leadership, analytical and communication skills, ability to lead and influence multiple concurrent projects, and experience with ambiguity are a must. **Required Skills:** Product Marketing Lead, Catalog Responsibilities: 1. Lead, manage and grow a high-performing business product marketing team based in the UK 2. Drive multi-year product strategies at the portfolio level and shepherd product development across ideation, alpha, beta and launch, working with Product, Engineering, Marketing Communications, and other cross-functional partners to bring our products to market 3. Serve as a go-to contact with executive management of partner, product, sales, communications, and marketing organizations and independently develop relationships 4. Lead product and engineering teams to understand and build empathy for our global customers through market research, data, customer insights and stories, inspiring our teams to bring customers to the centre of every product and feature we launch 5. Partner with cross-functional team leaders to develop go-to-market plans globally and 'quarterback' launches to drive adoption of our advertising solutions 6. Effectively communicate across the organization and execute on priorities with agility to evolve with business needs **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 7. 12+ years professional experience in technology, advertising, digital marketing industry or in management consulting working with these verticals 8. Experience mentoring and leading a high-performing team 9. Product Marketing or Product Management experience in the web technology sector, with experience contributing at strategic, operational and tactical levels 10. Experience presenting to large groups/executives 11. Experience working collaboratively and cross-functionally with an array of internal and external teams 12. BA/BS degree or equivalent experience **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 13. Experience selecting, attracting, motivating, retaining, and developing team members 14.
