Summary: Seeking a Product & Manufacturing Support Engineer (entry level) for hands-on experience in product testing, manufacturing support, and engineering documentation.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
Familiarity with SolidWorks or similar CAD software
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and materials, preferably elastomers
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
Internship or co-op experience in manufacturing or engineering setting
Exposure to ERP systems and part master data
Knowledge of testing standards (e.g., ASTM, ISO) and quality systems
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in setting up and conducting tests on elastomer-based products
Record and analyze test data; support reporting of results
Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot process issues
Support continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and quality
Create and update SolidWorks models and drawings for components/assemblies
Assist in creating/updating part master records in ERP system
Pay Details: $34.00 to $39.00 per hour
