**About the Role**
We’re seeking a **Product Manager** who can combine technical curiosity with strategic thinking, and who naturally inspires followership. You’ll own the complete lifecycle of a set of high‑impact instrumentation products, guiding their direction, growth, and commercial success.
This role is ideal for someone who brings experience in **life sciences equipment, industrial controls, analytical instruments, environmental sensors, or other complex hardware‑plus‑software systems** —and who loves translating customer insight into product direction.
**What You’ll Lead**
**Customer & Market Insight**
+ Develop deep understanding of customer applications, workflows, and technical requirements
+ Build strong relationships through VOC interviews, field conversations, and customer firsthand use
+ Analyze competitive and technology trends and synthesize their implications for your portfolio
**Product Line Growth & Strategy**
+ Own product line strategy from market sizing through end‑of‑life decisions
+ Drive commercialization and growth initiatives across engineering, operations, and commercial teams
+ Strengthen product performance, quality, and delivery through structured lifecycle reviews
**Cross‑Functional Influence & Continuous Improvement**
+ Lead structured problem‑solving when product performance deviates from expectations
+ Clarify priorities and align cross‑functional teams behind a shared vision
+ Build and reinforce product management best practices that elevate execution across the organization

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s in Business, Science, or Engineering (advanced degrees a plus)
+ 5+ years of product management or product marketing experience and experience driving product lifecycle management
+ Experience with complex instrumentation (life sciences, industrial controls, analytical, scientific, or similar)
+ Demonstrated success driving cross‑functional initiatives in a matrixed environment
+ Willingness to travel up to 20%

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $130,000 - $145,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
