The Product Manager - Vietnam is responsible for Radiometer’s product portfolio, brand strategies, lead generation, and projects covering all product lines. The Product Manager will develop impactful country-specific campaigns in addition to executing global campaigns. The Product Manager will also develop product and competitor knowledge to subject matter expert level and help support field team.
This position reports to the Gina Bekos (Radiometer Pacific Senior Marketing Manager) and is part of the South East Asia team located in Vietnam and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Lead and implement cross-functional marketing initiatives that drive lead generation, revenue growth and profitability objective for Vietnam.Transform Voice of Customer (VOC), product features and benefits into world-class marketing campaigns including digital marketing by identifying the customer buyer’s journey and key target audiences.End-to-end product lifecycle management & support, including marketing initiatives and collaboration with supporting functions such as regulatory, supply, chain, and finance.Plan, implement and represent Radiometer at key local events such as Trade Shows, Conferences, User Group meetings and Webinars.Develop product knowledge to a high level, in order to become a subject matter expert, demonstrating expertise on products, competitors and clinical and scientific topics.The essential requirements of the job include:
Educational qualification – B.Sc./M.Sc.5+ years of product management/marketing experience in POC, IVD products.Knowledge and understanding of laboratory, POC practices, blood gas analysers & local regulatory requirements.Fluency in Vietnamese and English is essential for this role. The role requires regular communication with regional and global stakeholders, and preparation of documents, presentations and reports in both languages.Experience with product launches, organizing conferences, and product life-cycle management.Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role
Ability to travel 30% travel, overnight, within territory or locations.Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 12kg or 27lbsIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
