As a Product Manager in the Small and Mid-sized Business Payments team, you will play a crucial role in shaping product strategy and delivery for payments products, focusing on the Commercial client segments. You will drive strategic direction and connect the dots across a business agenda that spans multiple teams, partners, and lines of business. We seek a talented and impactful leader with high intellectual and emotional intelligence. In this role, you will need to be highly organized, self-motivated, and a strong strategic thinker. Your ability to communicate effectively and focus on execution will be key to your success. Job responsibilitiesEngage closely with the engineering, line of business partners and cross-functional stakeholders to define a roadmap that balances key customer needs and business objectivesCollaborate with our design and research teams to develop deep understanding of customer needsPartner with development and design teams to prioritize backlog, monitor progress and anticipate key issues & roadblocksProvide clear vision and scope documentation, use cases, workflows, product requirements, and other materials as critical inputs to support technical design and developmentTrack, monitor and synthesize insights on industry trends and competitive dynamics across the payments landscapeIdentify existing gaps, optimizations and future opportunities for the productIntegrate data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, competitive and market analysis, and company goals to drive prioritization of product initiativesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsBachelor's degree required5+ years of relevant experience in strategy, product or a related rolePassion for understanding customer needs and demonstrated ability to build digital productsAbility to think strategically and to connect the dots to the bigger picture, while still comfortable diving into the details required to ensure successful executionProven success in collaborating, influencing and driving decisions with multiple stakeholders, including team members across product, technology and designExcellent analytical skills and ability to present fact-based recommendations in a clear, logical, and concise wayThought-leader who looks for innovation opportunities for our clients and business operations improvement opportunities for our firmDemonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives to completion under concurrent, rigorous, and regulatory deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environmentPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsFinancial industry and/or Payments background is highly desirableMaster's/MBA degree preferred
