This is a strategic, cross-functional role within a matrix organization—no direct reports, but high visibility and influence across engineering, marketing, and support teams.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:Drive the roadmap for future cloud-connected, AI-embedded software tools
Guide requirements management for new releases and enhancements
Collaborate across teams to align tool capabilities with customer needs
Support commercialization and licensing strategies (e.g., trial, subscription)
Contribute to investment planning and cost structure analysis
Engage with customers through presentations, training, and feedback loops
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical fieldExperience in software architecture, cloud platforms, or AI integration
Strong communication and leadership skills in a matrix environment
Commercial awareness and ability to contribute to P&L planning

WHAT YOU WILL GAIN:Salary range from 12 000 to 17 500 PLN gross – depending on experience
