The Product Manager will work across disciplines and business units within IBM, as well as directly with our clients, to design and deliver compelling experiences. Business acumen is a requirement to ensure our products are delivering on committed objectives around revenue and acquisition of new clients. **Required technical and professional expertise** '- 3+ years of experience working on security offerings (EDR/XDR, SOAR, SIEM, Cyber Security, data encryption, compliance) - 2+ years of experience in product management - 3+ years of experience working with clients and understanding theirs needs, use cases, ability to converse with SMEs, analyze and understand customer requirements - Knowledge of complex issues and challenges, growing regulatory compliance requirements, and underlying technologies & solutions to mitigate risks **Preferred technical and professional experience** '- 2-3 years of experience working with end to end security stack (from hardware to application layer) - Strong communication skills - Growth minded, resourceful and a team-player - Go-to-market experience a plus - Knowledge of IBM Power infrastructure is a plus IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
