You'll be supported in your career journey, receive thanks and rewards for your impact, and you'll have some laughs along the way. **Job Responsibility:** Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, RESL Data Governance and Management, the Product Manager role has the following key accountabilities: + Provides data governance expertise, business leadership, and lead on day to day data governance activities. Providing governance and oversight on data-related activities, and leads RESL's data strategy. + Act as a strategic partner by managing relationships with key enterprise partners and interfacing with respective leadership team to effectively manage own data governance area and clarify scope of accountabilities while influencing and aligning others as needed + Manage the oversight of data issue resolution and drive data issue governance processes within the LOB, supporting an enterprise view while encouraging shared solutions of common data challenges + Keep others informed and up-to-date about the status / progress of projects and / or all relevant or useful information related to day-to-day activities + Partner closely with Technology and other SMEs to drive the successful implementation of the business' data strategy for medium complexity data environments / initiatives + Determine, manage and maintain Business Data Elements (BDE) and Critical Data Elements (CDE), including recurring attestation + Responsible for supporting the delivery of activities within the business data strategy + Lead the governance and oversight of LOB data management activities, including metadata, data quality, data retention and disposition tasks + Conducts day to day data governance activities for their respective business or function + Identify, measure, and monitor current and emerging data related risks in day-to-day activities, operations, products and services within the Business + Contribute to the strategic direction of the data governance / management function and play a key role in the development and implementation of strategies in support of the overall data strategy + Work effectively with multiple teams across a broad spectrum of initiatives and functional domains, influencing and aligning others as needed + Provide functional / business level communications to ensure messages to stakeholders and / or employees are consistent, appropriate and aligned to business strategies and executive management direction + Facilitate key discussions and provides thought leadership to executive audience on existing and emerging data related activities + Uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgement and identify solutions + Works autonomously as the lead and guides others within area of expertise + Keep others informed and up-to-date about the status / progress of projects and / or all relevant or useful information related to day-to-day activities + Contribute to a fair, positive and equitable environment that supports a diverse workforce + Participate in personal performance management and development activities, including cross training within own team + Act as a brand champion for your business area/function and the bank, both internally and/or externally **Job Requirements:** **What can you bring to TD?** Tell us about your most relevant experience, credentials and knowledge for this role, as well as these essential requirements and attributes: + Undergraduate degree, or technical certificate, or product management certificate, and / or + Seven (7) or more years relevant experience + Previous product experience typically required + Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines + Skill in using analytical software tools, MS Office, data analysis methods and reporting techniques + Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively (both speaking and writing), provide direction and build relationships across teams and functions + Act as a brand ambassador for our business, the Bank, both internally and externally **Who We Are:** TD is one of the world's leading global financial institutions and is the fifth largest bank in North America by branches/stores.
