We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Innovation & Product Manager in Peachtree Corners GA to lead the development and execution of our Direct Current (DC) power solutions portfolio which includes, but not limited to, semi-conductor trends for power electronics, changes in component supply domestic/global, changes in protection schemes for high power DC distribution, changing density factors and emerging control trends for solid state power control devices.

This role is pivotal in driving innovation and growth across commercial, industrial with a strong emphasis on data center architecture and power distribution systems.

You will make an impact with the following duties:

Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the long-term strategy for the DC product portfolio, aligning with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives. Portfolio Development: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of DC power products, including market research, roadmap creation, product definition, and go-to-market strategies. Innovation Execution: Champion the development of next-generation DC power solutions, integrating emerging technologies and sustainability goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and executive leadership to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management. Customer Engagement: Work with key customers, partners, and industry collaborators to gather insights, validate concepts, and build strong relationships. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive landscape, regulatory developments, and technological advancements to inform product strategy. Data Center Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in data center infrastructure, including power distribution architectures (e.g., busways, PDUs, UPS systems), to influence product design and positioning.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field; MBA preferred. 8+ years of experience with the following: Product management, with a focus on DC power systems or electrical infrastructure. Proven track record of launching successful products in commercial, industrial, or data center environments. Deep understanding of data center power architecture, including Tier standards, redundancy models, and energy efficiency practices. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills. Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with modular power systems, renewable integration, or DC microgrids. Knowledge of UL, IEC, and NEC standards related to DC systems. Experience working with OEMs, EPCs, or hyperscale data center operators. Experience with Agile product development methodologies is a plus

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
