We guide product development, set industry standards, and promote Enterprise customer and partner success in a constantly evolving digital landscape. **Your Impact** As the Engineering Product Manager for Platform Acceleration and Adoption for Enterprise Networking Cloud (ECN), you will promote the technology and capabilities of the ECN platform to enable applications to deliver customer return on investment. You will play a pivotal role in bridging technical strategy and execution to enable best-in-class CX service offerings. This role combines technical expertise, strategic goal setting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure ECN’s CX services meet evolving customer needs. You will develop strategy, craft, and implement new offers, make contributions to portfolio simplification, and drive adoption of the platform. You will work closely with engineering, data science, product management, and delivery teams to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver scalable solutions. The ideal candidate is a technically adept product manager who thrives in a collaborative environment, excels at translating business needs into technical solutions, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving platform adoption! + Develop and deploy new offers to simplify the portfolio and drive ECN platform adoption. + Define engineering strategies aligned with product roadmap for ECN and customer experience (CX) objectives. + Partner with CX Data Lake/EDF and ECN Data Science teams to develop telemetry requirements for advanced analytics supporting new platform adoption capabilities. + Serve as the platform advocate with customers and field teams, showcasing how ECN meets their needs. + Collaborate with Platform PM Team for building required telemetry needed for platform user acceptance. + Engineering liaison with CX Product Management (CXPM) to intake, evaluate, and prioritize technical requirements for new ECN/CX initiatives. + Collaborate and support CX Delivery teams globally to enable professional services by ensuring technical readiness, while driving alignment with service capabilities for ECN. + Provide engineering support to Customer Advocacy Program (CAP) managers for immediate and out-of-scope service needs requiring technical expertise. + Partner with sales teams and service sellers to assist in scoping, estimating, and developing proposals for customers and partners. + Provide technical guidance and input for complex customer engagements to ensure feasibility and alignment with existing service capabilities. + Assist in the design, implementation, and scaling of technical solutions to expand and mature platform adoption offerings. + Facilitate annual and quarterly planning and reporting related to platform adoption. **Minimum Qualifications:** + 8+ years of related experience in a product management, technical product management, or a related role with a focus on collaborating with engineering teams. + Experience in networking, cloud solutions, or related technologies, with familiarity in Cisco ECN’s product portfolio. + Strong network management and cloud platform knowledge. + Solid understanding of data telemetry, analytics, and integration requirements for platform adoption. + Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, and professional services enablement. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with Cisco CX frameworks, methodologies, and tools. + Background in data science or experience working closely with data teams on telemetry and analytics projects. + Certifications in product management, networking, or security (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Certified Information Systems Security Professional-CISSP, Cisco certifications). + Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, sales, delivery and data science. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills to successfully convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical partners. + Demonstrated ability to align technical initiatives with business goals and customer needs. + Strategic and creative problem solver with strong business insight and a take-charge approach to addressing challenges. **Why Cisco?** At Cisco, we’re revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era – and beyond. All new hires are eligible for Sick Time Off subject to Cisco’s Sick Time Off Policy and will have eighty (80) hours of sick time off provided on their hire date and on January 1st of each year thereafter. Up to 80 hours of unused sick time will be carried forward from one calendar year to the next such that the maximum number of sick time hours an employee may have available is 160 hours. Employees in Illinois have a unique time off program designed specifically with local requirements in mind. All employees also have access to paid time away to deal with critical or emergency issues. We offer additional paid time to volunteer and give back to the community. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows: .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota; 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%; 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
