As a Product Manager in Chief Data and Analytics Office, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job responsibilitiesDevelops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customersManages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmapOwns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value propositionBuilds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliabilityCollaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to build scalable and reliable observability and AIOps solutions.Drive innovation by identifying new opportunities for product differentiation and competitive advantage.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and experimentation within the product team.Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, ensuring the product meets their needs and expectations.Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of shared services, including notifications and search.Advocate for the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to enhance platform capabilities.Utilize your technical expertise to guide the team in implementing best practices in observability and AIOps.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementExceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Experience in leading and mentoring high-performing product teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus across diverse teams.Ability to manage up and drive consistent messaging across diverse portfolios.Practical and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.Experience with AIOps, utilizing artificial intelligence to enhance observability capabilities, automate monitoring processes, and improve system reliability.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organizationAdvanced degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration).Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving innovation at scale.Strong network within the tech industry, with the ability to leverage external partnerships and collaborations.
