Job Overview
The PM Operations Manager serves as an internal Product Manager, leading and managing internal-facing product management activities to drive cost optimization for margin protection & expansion within the existing business.
This position must be familiar with product management processes and be capable of collaborating with all functional partners, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Finance, and Sales, within DND.
What you will be doing:
As a PM Operations Manager, the primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Internal execution for excellence. Drive continuous margin protection & expansion via cost improvement actions. Serve as a liaison of internal systems to support day-to-day operations. Lead/participate in special assignments from the PM leadership team.

Lead and resolve critical issues with functional partners to drive results. Collaborate with internal function partners as an internal-facing product manager and drive sustainable operating advantages.
Drive Continuous Margin Protection and Expansion for Existing Business
Serve as a liaison of internal systems to support day-to-day operations
Qualifications
4-year degree in Accounting or Finance would be preferred; documented experience instead of a degree would be acceptable Strong communication skills and ability to cooperate with internal function partners (including TEIS, Procurement, Footprint, Engineering, Operations, and Finance) and time zones. Strong problem-solving and result-driven mindset. Proven records of ownership and business judgment that align with product strategy/business priorities. Proven records of refining the processes and implementing improvements. Proven records of driving down costs for margin protection. Proven Proficiency in collaboration with plants. Solid understanding and experience of cost. Familiarity with customer production drawings and product specifications. Previous experience in Product Management, Project Management, or Footprint optimization preferred. TE Internal process experts strongly preferred.

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $137,300 - $206,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
