Join us as a Product Manager at S&P Global Energy, where you will lead the development and delivery of the product roadmap for one of our internal platforms. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams, analysis of user feedback, and prioritization of features will drive continuous improvement and enhance the user experience of our internal tools.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and delivery of the product roadmap for our market and source relationship management internal platforms.
Manage the day-to-day support for these platforms, acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders and users to address their needs and concerns.
Gather, analyze and prioritize user feedback to drive impactful product enhancements.
Guide the technology team to execute the platform roadmap using your sound technical and project management skills within an Agile framework:
- Create, maintain, and prioritize a product backlog according to business value.
- Ensure effective user stories are created and provide the business vision and direction to the development team.
-Review developer estimates and QA planning and authorize initiatives for release.
-Validate product development work and provide sign-off for releases in Production.
Oversee risk management, issue resolution, and platform resilience. Manage, inspire and guide a Product Owner to excel in their role.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
3-4 years product management experience as a Product Manager. Experience in contact management platforms, system design, workflow optimisation or agile software development is a plus.
A proven track record of driving projects to successful completion, consistently delivering on scope, on time, and within budget.
A strong user mindset, with the ability to engage effectively with users and build a collaborative partnership mentality.
The ability to translate user needs into valuable product features.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with both Agile Scrum and Lean methodologies, demonstrating adaptability and efficiency in product management.
An understanding of the basic concepts of data analysis (using SQL), APIs and leveraging AI to enable workflows.
