This global position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders within a dynamic, multicultural team. **Reporting Line:** This role reports directly to theHead of Product Management and Digital. **Job Responsibilities** + Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, integrating customer needs, market research, and stakeholder input. + Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities. + Translate and prioritize customer requirements into detailed product specifications and requirements for engineering team. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, sales, marketing, and supply chain—to develop and launch new products and enhanced features. + Develop compelling business cases for new product developments and product enhancement. + Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, engineering teams, and senior management. **Background & Skills** We are seeking a candidate with a **solid foundation in both technical and commercial domains,** ideally holding a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, software engineering, or a related field. **A blend of technical acumen and business insight is highly valued.** You should bring a minimum of 5 years of experience as Product Manager or Product Owner, **preferably within t** **he industrial refrigeration** **sector.** A strong grasp of controls logic and thermodynamics is essential, enabling you to understand and influence complex system designs effectively. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are crucial for articulating complex technical concepts clearly and collaborating across diverse teams. Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional projects and driving product development from concept to launch is expected. A proactive mindset, coupled with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs, will allow you to identify growth opportunities and develop compelling business cases. Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, engineering teams and senior management, is key to success in this role.
