A client with Kforce is seeking a Product Manager III to join their team in Mountain View, CA. Overview: Come join the Clients Sales Technology team as a Senior Product Manager for our Sales Performance Management (SPM) platform. At the center of every great sales organization there are great systems and processes. This product manager will focus on incentive compensation and quota management-driving innovation and transformation in the platforms that motivate our global sales and partner ecosystem to perform at their best. In this role, you will lead initiatives that enable accurate quota setting, incentive compensation calculation, and seamless payouts through close collaboration with Finance and Sales Operations stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to shape the strategy and execution of modern SPM solutions that maximize seller and partner performance while driving business growth. This position requires strong experience with SPM platforms such as SAP Incentive Management (Callidus/Commissions) and/or Varicent, as well as the ability to work across the sales funnel and manage dependencies with Finance, CRM, and AP systems.
