What you'll do...

About Team:
US Omni Tech at Walmart Global Tech, Bengaluru, is focused on improving Walmart customer experience across both physical & digital and making Walmart the most exciting place to shop. With 4000+ brick and mortar stores and thousands of other suppliers fulfilling Walmart's online/in-store orders for over 1 billion customers - the challenge and complexity is pronounced! We work within the world’s largest retailer yet maintain a startup feel working in small agile teams to revolutionize the fulfilment landscape. As a leader in the supply chain group, you are accountable and responsible for number of critical products/platforms that help serve our customers in the most cost-effective manner in multiple geographies and businesses.

What you'll do:

Assist in defining product features and translating business needs into user stories and technical requirements.

Partner with engineering and QA teams to plan sprints and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Analyze data and feedback to prioritize feature enhancements and resolve issues.

Work with internal stakeholders (e.g., logistics, inventory, store operations) to gather and clarify requirements.

Support in developing product documentation, training materials, and internal communication plans.

Drive product capabilities and roadmap with very minimal supervision and guidance

Be technically savvy to build and grow technical platforms and products as well as contribute to engineering conversations & priorities in a scrappy, ambiguous start-up environment

Be an advocate of metric/data-based decision making, Make impact on a global scale.

Promotes and supports mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.

What you'll bring:

You come with 3+ years of product management experience.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team

Experience with eCommerce or internet-based products is a plus.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Uncompromising commitment to the customer.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to champion product solutions throughout the organization. 

Advanced/ master’s degree in engineering or management is preferred.

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in product management. Option 2: 5 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 2 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
