Compensation includes a base salary of $87,200.00 - $130,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. We’re hiring a Product Manager II to develop, manage and optimize new and existing products for our Cox Automotive Central Dispatch . You’ll contribute to our product roadmap, oversee implementation and develop products that meet the needs of our consumers and clients.

What You’ll Do
In a nutshell, you’ll facilitate innovation, encouraging ideas and fostering collaboration across teams to make truly great products that meet users’ needs. You will:
Identify and communicate customer market opportunities, analyze competitors and validate future product solutions.
Partner with UX, marketing, client solutions and business stakeholders to gather feedback from consumers and clients.
Create and maintain product vision, roadmap and business plans for funding.
Develop go-to-market strategy and value proposition.
Create and manage features across products, involve delivery managers and ensure alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with product delivery managers, UX and others for prototyping and testing.
Partner with stakeholders for pricing strategies and ROI assessment.
Communicate new products, approve positioning and develop go-to-market strategies and training materials.
Define and manage requirements and task priorities.
Monitor product KPIs and provide strategy and roadmap input.
Who You Are
You know how to foster collaboration and lead a team through changing priorities and feedback. Here’s what else you bring to the table:
A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2 years of experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and up to 2 years of experience; or 6 years of experience in a related field
Skilled in asking targeted, strategic questions to clarify business needs, gather detailed requirements, and uncover root causes—ensuring alignment between stakeholders/customers and business outcomes.
Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for delivering value and continuously improving products and processes.
Proven ability to build trust and rapport with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
Skilled in balancing competing priorities and aligning diverse perspectives toward a shared vision.
Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology.
Hands-on experience with product planning, including creating epics and features, identifying KPIs, and conducting competitive research and analysis.
Basic understanding of engineering architecture and experience collaborating with engineering teams to deliver products.
Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
