Kforce is seeking a Product Manager on behalf of a top-tier telecommunications provider in Greenwood Village, CO. This role sits within a newly restructured team focused on long-term customer experience enhancements. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and natural storyteller who loves turning data and customer feedback into bold new product ideas. This is a true ideation and strategy role. As a PM, you will be working upstream in the product lifecycle to surface, define, and pitch experience-driven initiatives. While you won't be involved in feature delivery, you'll be a key voice in shaping what's next. Key Responsibilities: * Ideate and develop strategic proposals for customer experience and product enhancements * Work across Mobile, Billing, Apps, and Buyflow areas to identify improvement opportunities * Draft high-quality documentation, business cases, and presentation decks * Present ideas to senior leadership (VP and Director level), advocating for user-centered improvements * Collaborate with product designers, data analysts, and other cross-functional teams to refine proposals
