About the Role
The Product Manager I will own a product feature and lead project execution. He/she will own the development plan and represent their feature within the PM team and will have an internal network across product domains. The individual will have a solid understanding of the customer and target market. He/she will represent the needs of the customer to the delivery team and will support and participate in the demo to key stakeholders at program milestones.

Position will be hybrid in Alpharetta, GA (3 time per week). Candidate will need to interview onsite.

Responsibilities

Working with internal and external customers ensuring they understand the product and its benefits.

Interpreting internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services

Reviewing data on a daily basis, ensuring its accuracy. Analyzing data trends and determine product enhancements needed based on data trends.

Documenting product enhancements and work closely with technology to build.

Researching product functionality issues and work closely with technology to implement fixes.

Researching the competition and document differences.

Researching and track legislation and use findings from research to document potential product enhancements.

Analyzing financial performance of the product and make recommendations to gain improvement.


Requirements

Have Bachelors degree. Have equivalent Product and Customer experience

Have 2-4 years of experience as a product manager or in a product management function

Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities

Demonstrate the ability to work with others to modify or maintain a product and identify technology challenges.

Have great analytical skills and be able to uncover insights from our competition, markets, customers, and financials

Demonstrate experience of leading and managing multiple projects in a global-matrix environment

Be able to identify customer needs and build solutions and products to deliver value to our customers
