Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our efforts in developing AI and Agentic AI products. This role will involve driving the product lifecycle from ideation and research through to launch and optimization, ensuring alignment with market needs and strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in AI technologies, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for innovation.

Product Vision and Strategy:

Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for AI and Agentic AI solutions.Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development.

Product Development:

Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond, ensuring products meet strategic objectives and customer expectations.Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to design and build AI features, models, and functionalities that enhance user experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and effective go-to-market strategies.Foster collaboration across departments to align on product goals and gather valuable input for product enhancements.

Stakeholder Management:

Engage with external partners, customers, and internal stakeholders to gather insights and feedback on products and features.Manage stakeholder relationships to promote alignment and support for product initiatives.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Utilize data analytics and KPIs to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-informed decisions.Conduct experiments and A/B testing to validate product changes and improvements.

Innovation and Research:

Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI and Agentic AI technologies, acting as a thought leader in the space.Encourage innovation within the team, promoting a culture of experimentation and creativity in product development.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks in product development and deployment, and devise strategies to mitigate them.Ensure compliance with legal and ethical considerations related to AI technologies.

 

QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferedExperience:5+ years of experience in product management, specifically in AI/ML and knwoledge of current Agentic AI technologies.Proven track record of launching successful AI-driven products and leading cross-functional teams.Technical Skills:Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts, frameworks, and methodologies.Familiarity with programming languages and AI tools (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.Analytical Skills:Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics; experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar is preferred.Communication and Leadership:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.Demonstrated leadership skills with experience guiding and mentoring team members.
