LTX is seeking a Product Manager within its Product Management team to help plan, execute, and manage the LTX platform throughout the product lifecycle, including gather requirements, clarifying priorities, collaborating with development and engineering, and supporting sales, marketing, and business development.

We are seeking a Product Manager to support the growth of the LTX trading platform.

Responsibilities:

Lead the identification, analysis, and documentation of the current- and future-state business processes that require product developmentAssess the cost-benefit profile of potential functionality to aid the business in rational prioritizationDocument decisions, procedures, processes, and functional requirements to ensure consistent internal understanding of product features, capabilities, and evolutionDevelop and maintain a high-quality backlog of functional requirements to drive product developmentWrite and validate specifications with development team members, and other partners to ensure on-time completion with all necessary sign-offs and training of sales teamProvide status reports to management on an ongoing basis, stating progress, risks and issues

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree related to business, finance, or information technology is preferred, experience in corporate bond market a plus3-5 years fixed income trading, or e-trading, experienceSolid working knowledge of institutional bond trading practices and systemsA resourceful self-starter who is comfortable interacting and coordinating with numerous internal and external partners; able to work effectively on a consistent basis with minimal supervisionStrong and proactive communicatorAbility to deliver under tight deadlines and manage time appropriatelyAbility to articulate both business and product issues in writing as well as verballyAbility to quickly understand new concepts and adapt accordinglyStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through managing multiple tasks and project deliverables in a deadline driven environmentA willingness to be flexible, prioritizing problems that are most pressing and using the most appropriate toolsTechnical writing skills, JIRAKnowledge of UX design – UX PIN, Figma, Canva, etc a plus

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $145,000 - $155,000.

Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
