The role is accountable for coordinating the development and implementation of business plans and delivering commitments for all in-line and launch products. The role is also responsible for building interdependent partnerships with key cross-functional business partners locally and globally. **Key Accountabilities** Leads the development of short, medium- and long-term marketing & Sales strategies. P&L responsibility for products within the scope and the handling of the optimal allocation of resources for business success, planning and controlling of a profit center. Oversees the development & execution of local product strategies in line with EMEA/Global product strategies. Secures the alignment of EMEA strategic goals with the local ones. Assesses product potential in the market and defines sales forecasts accordingly. Responsible for investment and resource requirements (A&P, MAF, FTE). Identifies and evaluates growth opportunities for the products and defines LLCM strategies. Develops and maintains effective relationships with KOLs and OLs in the related therapeutic areas. Leads/ participates in Country Value Teams under the supervision of BUL. Ensures excellent communication with IBVTs and Collaborate Leads. Actively participates in related EMEA programs/ projects. Ensures information flow from and to EMEA functions.
