Product discovery is at the heart of every great commerce experience. The Discovery & Merchandising Domain plays a critical role in SAP Commerce Cloud’s success by delivering AI-powered capabilities that help customers find what they need - and help merchants convert interest into action. From intelligent search and product recommendations to real-time reporting and the upcoming shopping assistant, this domain is where innovation meets impact.
We’re looking for a Product Manager who wants to make a difference - not just to a feature, but to the outcomes of SAP Commerce Cloud as a whole. If you’re motivated by solving real customer problems and driving measurable adoption, this is your opportunity to lead with purpose.
What you’ll be working on
You’ll be part of a PM team responsible for delivering and evolving a suite of AI capabilities that power product discovery and conversion. These include:
Intelligent search Product recommendations Shopping assistant (upcoming) Merchant tools to monitor and drive performance, including real-time reporting & A/B testing, Joule and Joule Action Bar (upcoming)
How you’ll make an impact
Lead product discovery and customer research to ensure new capabilities solve real problems and deliver valuable outcomes for SAP and its customers. Treat adoption as your north star—design, measure, and iterate to ensure merchants embrace what you build. Collaborate across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver & communicate high-quality, merchant-facing experiences. Use data and feedback to continuously improve product performance and merchant satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
A customer-first mindset and a passion for solving problems. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. A data-driven approach to measuring success and adoption. Experience in product management, AI or e-commerce is a bonus.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes pay transparency is essential for cultivating an honest, supportive, and inclusive culture, representing a significant step in our commitment to leading the way in achieving pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range, which includes both base salary and variable incentive targets for the career level of the posted role. The target range for this position is 207 200 - 348500(PLN). The actual amount offered to successful candidates will fall within this range and will depend on factors such as education, skills, experience, and role scope, as determined during the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a target amount, with the actual payout depending on both company and individual performance.
