Product Manager - Emergency Care
**Job Responsibilities:** + Assists in creating value propositions and business cases to effectively communicate the benefits and justify investments, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and supporting decision-making processes. + Accountable for business case development & realization and for commercial, IB, and technical simplicity. Next to that, accountable for developing claim (clinical, economic, technical etc) ambition, roadmaps and plans to drive and deliver on price points in partnership with key stakeholders + Ensures adherence to comprehensive product, software, and lifecycle specifications aligned with strategic portfolio marketing strategies, ensuring they meet customer needs and achieve long-term business objectives effectively. + Handles execution of the claims roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize validated claims based on market trends and regulatory requirements. + Helps manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to align their insights and advocacy with product strategy, driving engagement through advisory boards and educational initiatives to enhance product credibility, market influence, and thought leadership while measuring impact on market adoption and positioning. + Operates with direct supervision and broad guidelines to assist in implementing product strategies in collaboration with regional Centers of Excellence, aiming to optimize product margins and ensuring alignment with overall business goals and financial targets. + Compiles market performance data and performs basic analytics and market insights to assess product success, identify trends, and helps in making data-driven decisions to adjust strategies and enhance market competitiveness. + Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards throughout the product lifecycle, collaborating with regulatory affairs and quality assurance teams to mitigate risks and maintain product integrity. + Follows the entire product development lifecycle process from concept through launch, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and alignment with project objectives throughout the end-of-life decision and implementation. + Collates data on product performance metrics to evaluate success, identifies areas for improvement, and informs strategic decisions for enhancing product effectiveness and achieving business objectives. + Maintains a working understanding of industry dynamics, technological advancements, and market shifts and analyzes market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to anticipate challenges and opportunities. + Supports the implementation of continuous improvement and innovation initiatives in product offerings, informing strategic decisions for the product roadmap to enhance overall performance and align with market demands. **Minimum Required Qualifications:** Education: + Bachelor's Degree/ Vocational Education in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management or equivalent.
