This role focuses on supporting partners as they develop market ready solutions, built on IBM technology. You will focus on This includes driving technical enablement for business partners, ensuring they have the skills, tools, and support needed to design, implement, configure, and maintain Envizi-based solutions. Responsibilities · Serve as a technical subject matter expert on Envizi’s capabilities for business partners and global system integrators. · Facilitate partner-facing technical workshops, including requirements discovery, solution scoping, and implementation best practices. · Support solution definition and design, ensuring partners build high-quality, scalable, repeatable solutions on Envizi. · Deliver hands-on training, enablement, and technical skills development for partner teams. · Support technical selling efforts, including product demonstrations and technical validation. · Provide product and technical implementation guidance to Ecosystem GTM teams. · Drive adoption of integration best practices, including API usage, data ingestion, data modeling, and configuration. · Collaborate with the Envizi Product team to communicate partner technical requirements and influence roadmap decisions. **Required technical and professional expertise** · 2+ years of experience supporting software revenue growth through partner channels. · 3+ year of hands-on experience implementing or configuring SaaS software. · Strong technical acumen, especially in data management, business intelligence, or sustainability analytics. · Experience facilitating technical workshops or partner enablement sessions. · Excellent technical communication skills. · Program management experience and ability to drive complex initiatives. · Strong relationship-building abilities. · Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders. · Able to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment. **Preferred technical and professional experience** · Data-driven and analytical mindset. · ESG and sustainability reporting familiarity. · Experience with integrations, APIs, or cloud-based software. · Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
