We support global enterprises through data intelligence, energy intelligence, sustainability reporting, and advanced analytics. **Your role and responsibilities** Role Overview We are seeking an Ecosystem focused Product Success Manager to grow and empower our partner ecosystem. This role focuses on identifying, recruiting and supporting IBM business partners as they take Envizi solutions to market. Responsibilities · Act as a business-focused subject matter expert on how partners can drive value from Envizi’s solutions. · Recruit, engage, and support business partners to build high-impact market offerings. · Lead partner enablement programs, including solution packaging, go-to-market guidance, and commercial readiness. · Facilitate business-oriented workshops focused on customer outcomes, ESG value, and solution positioning within the broader Asset Lifecycle Management suite. · Build and maintain strong relationships with partner and SI executives. · Develop and deliver training, playbooks, and knowledge-sharing programs. · Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for partner-led innovation. · Communicate partner business requirements to the Product team to influence roadmap priorities. **Required technical and professional expertise** · 5+ years supporting software revenue growth through partner channels. · Experience in partner success, channel management, product success, or solution commercialization. · Strong program management, organization, and stakeholder-management skills. · Ability to articulate complex sustainability and data concepts in simple, compelling business terms. · Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. · Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. **Preferred technical and professional experience** · Knowledge of ESG reporting and sustainability markets. · Experience with energy intelligence or asset management platforms. · Strong executive presentation skills. · Data literacy and ability to interpret BI or analytics outputs.
