Product Manager Digital Products – Automatic Disposable Tracking & Replenishment (m/f/d)

In your role as Product Manager Digital Products – Automatic Disposable Tracking & Replenishment (m/f/d) you will be responsible for overall product life cycle of dedicated digital products, including definition of market needs, creating of business cases, oversight of product development activities, marketing, go-to-market, and commercialization.

Your tasks

Define new business models for digital products and ensure continuous alignment among product portfolio, and esp. with overall ecosystem and In-Center strategyMarket assessments for key products, i.e. market segmentation, market quantificationDefinition of customer needs, develop product vision, strategy, and roadmapImplement innovative tracking methods for disposables and pharmaceuticals while automating replenishment processes for efficiency and accuracyClose collaboration with local/regional marketing/sales/product management teams to elaborate go-to-market strategies and concepts with for target marketsMonitor competitor landscape and derive conclusion for competitiveness, product strategy, positioning, pricing and roadmap, business case per productPrioritization of features and functions, definition of releases and product increments, overseeing the development and releases of the product; collaboration with internal and external partners, stakeholder communicationDrive commercialization and market launch together with local/regional marketing, sales and join customer meeting for lead generation and/or pitchesContinuously drive creation of new product ideas, create ideation campaigns, and perform market validations in close cooperation with sales, marketing, and corresponding value streamsIncreasing the team and product success through managerial skills or technical breadth, being able to cope with ambiguityWorking and co-leading closely across cultures and organizationsRepresenting the organization effectively to x-functional stakeholders, clients, and external groups

Your profile

Successfully completed bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably in engineering, computer sciences / digital area and/or business administrationDigital experience and product portfolio knowledgeMore than 6+ years’ experience in MedTech, Technology / Software-as-a-Service industry and functionally in Digital, R&D, Marketing, Product Management (or similar area)Relevant knowledge and experience of 4+ years in at least one of the following functional areas: Digital Transformation, Clinical processes, Supply chain management, UX/UI service designProven track record of 2+ years in setting up and leading global initiatives with global teams in a complex matrix organizationProven track record in cross-functional collaboration with R&D counterparts, sales, marketing, quality, regulatory, product management, and customersDeep knowledge and experience in product management and application of methods and toolsStrong leadership and moderation skillsTeam player with strong communication skillsGlobal mindset and willingness for occasional business tripsFluent in English, in written and spoken, knowledge of German would be a plus
