As a Product Manager in the Digital Documentation Services Product Team, you will drive strategic product initiatives from inception through adoption. You will engage business and technical stakeholders to formulate product plans. You will collect problem statements, develop personas and use cases to define feature requirements. You’ll prioritize to realize outcomes that maximize business value.
Job responsibilities
Contribute to an innovative product visionIdentify and articulate feature opportunities through comparative analysis, ROI measurement and OKR definitionMaintain effective relationships with sponsors and key partners to manage stakeholder expectationsCollaborate with consumers and SMEs on features and solution designAuthor business requirements, and supporting materials to convey business needs and support prioritizationGuide development and execution of the product roadmapDocument end-to-end processes and data flows, create training materials, release notes and user guidesDirect extended feature team with clear guidance and prioritizationPartner with IT / Feature Teams to translate stakeholder needs into accurate and complete user stories
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Experience in Business Analysis and/or Product ManagementExperience in a Product Owner role practicing ScrumProactive self-starter that can work independently while also collaborating across teamsHigh-level oral and written communication; ability to effectively communicate across technology and business partners and across geographiesAbility to build relationships and influence outcomesDetail oriented and analytical with good working knowledge of data and process designAbility to multi-task, work under tight deadlines, and quickly adjust to changing prioritiesProficiency in Jira, MS Excel, Visio

Prior experience working in financial services or other highly regulated environmentDocument Management experienceFamiliarity with data taxonomiesFamiliarity with JSON and XML formats
