Guidewire’s Data Platform team is responsible for building an integrated, scalable, secure, and robust data transformation and integration services, to help both our internal development teams and our customers leverage, transform, and enrich data easily to gain analytics driven insights.
Our data platform curation services are designed to support all our analytics, data science, and data management applications, while being integrated foundationally across our broad product portfolio, to usher in a new era of analytic driven experiences, services, and insurance product offerings for the property and casualty industry. Data Studio is the end user application that leverages these services enabling business analysts, data analysts, and data integration developers to access, query, modify and create business for downstream insights and analytics.
Starting with working with customers and our internal teams, you will identify opportunities to enhance the capabilities and developer experiences of Data Studio to more effectively help data stakeholders deliver business insights that have a meaningful impact on our customers overall success as measured through KPIs like retention, quote conversion rate, business cycle times, and customer and agent satisfaction. You will define requirements and then work with the engineering teams to deliver new Data Studio front and backend features and functions enabling new user interfaces and developer experiences.

Job Description
What you will doCollaborate with one or more engineering teams through the ideation, technical development, and launch of Data Studio features that internal application teams and customers leverage to develop content and solutions for analytics applications.
Drive feature level design sessions and product development with engineers, architects, and UX
Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
You will work with your manager and peers to ensure alignment of your team's work with larger organizational product roadmap across platform, applications, and analytics
Gather and define the requirements that will be used to research and innovate new interactions and workflows to expose underlying curation services capabilities to end users
Be the expert who can help customers, QA, support, sales, and other groups with questions about Data Studio and the underlying cloud native data platform storage, processing, and data integration services
Manage dependencies across different teams and ensure features are delivered on time
Triage, prioritize and respond to customer issues and escalations
Work on-site in our Exton, Pennsylvania office minimum of eight (8) days per month.
What we are looking for in this role2+ years product management experience
3+ years of experience working with technical data management, query, and integration applications
Experience with UI/UX patterns and design
This role requires conceptual understanding and knowledge of micro services, distributed systems, AWS (Amazon Web Services), Big Data ecosystem
Cloud native software delivery experience
Ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision.
You are driven, focused, and quick to take ownership of your work
Adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in ambiguity
You should feel comfortable with data ingestion, cataloging, integration, and enrichment concepts and techniques and be able to understand how data relates to end user requirements and applications
Technical knowledge of big data and cloud technologies, services, tooling, and infrastructure preferred
Experience working with B2B SaaS (multi-tenant software as a service) company is a plus
Software engineering experience is a plus

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000 - $208,000 . Your base pay will depend on your experience, skills, education, training, and location among other factors. All full-time positions or part-time roles working 30 hours or more a week at Guidewire are eligible for benefits that support their health and well-being including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a company sponsored retirement plan.
