We are seeking a talented individual to join our Product Management team at Marsh McLennan (MMC). This role will be based in Cluj, Romania.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the entire value chain of our product and service offerings. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to validate insights, build business cases, and manage software or operational priorities, ensuring the successful launch and ongoing success of our products in the market.
We will count on you to:
Identify new product and market opportunities for Darwin, leveraging and analyzing data to measure potential;
Lead significant product change projects across the business and the wider MMB group, ensuring alignment with client needs;
Establish a product and service roadmap, aligning product direction with company priorities and utilizing Agile methodologies to prioritize requirements;
Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to define and deliver service enhancements that drive client satisfaction and profitability;
Own the product launch strategy, working with marketing, sales, and third-party providers to ensure successful market entry;
Serve as the primary source of product knowledge, providing support and training to internal and external stakeholders;
What you need to have:
At least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS software product management, business analysis, or technology consulting;
Proven experience working with Agile Software Delivery methodologies and global Software Engineering teams;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail and the ability to manage both short and long-term projects;
Experience in the Enterprise software market, particularly in HCM solutions;
Familiarity with API/Data Connectivity, business intelligence & analytics, and UX-focused projects;
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of engaging with senior management and stakeholders;
