Product Manager - CAMP Fraud Risk

Chase is looking for a Product Manager to be part of Digital Account Opening and Activation Team, supporting our Customer Onboarding Fraud Risk product. The vision of this team is to create a best in class account opening customer experience while mitigating risks associated with fraudulent activity. 


As a Product Manager in the Digital Account Opening and Activation Team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. You act as the voice of the customer and develop profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.


 

Job responsibilities

Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customersManages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmapOwns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value propositionBuilds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliabilityBe empowered to solve customer problems in ways that our customers love, and works for the business. Focus on outcomes not output and use data & metrics to measure success.Ensure commitment for dependencies across products both internal and external. Analyze, evaluate, and overcome product challenges, and provide transparency to stakeholdersAdhere to JIRA standards including supporting documentation –maintain evergreen documentation for both current state as well as historic audit documentationSupport quarterly increment planning with agility leads across all impacted partiesSolicit constant feedback for continuous personal and product growth

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

5+ years of product management or relevant experience Experience with risk management and fraud prevention toolsSelf-motivated with a high degree of independence, has a bias towards action, and willing to roll up their sleeves to ensure projects are tracking towards successExcellent written/verbal communication and strong presentation skills with both internal and external stakeholdersCollaborates and can build strong relationships across the firm and with external partners, flexible with changing prioritiesExperience with agile product development and software delivery lifecycleExperience with API-based designs, Kafka driven architecture, JavaScript stackFamiliarity with the business services and offerings associated with Chase Account OpeningAbility to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functionsCulture carrier
