As a Product Manager for AI Infrastructure Platforms, you are a pivotal leader driving the end-to-end product lifecycle for specialized AI infrastructure offerings. You act as the voice of the customer—advocating for Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, Researchers—ensuring our platforms deliver measurable value, performance, and compliance. Leveraging your expertise in product strategy and execution, you guide successful launches, gather actionable feedback, and champion continuous improvement to exceed client expectations. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and regulatory compliance, you collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, to deliver robust, sustainable products that empower innovation and competitive advantage.
Job Responsibilities
Develop Product Strategy & Vision:
Define and communicate a compelling product vision for the AI Infrastructure Platform, aligning with business goals and customer needs. Drive long-term strategy for scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure that supports model training, inference, and experimentation.
Lead Discovery & Market Research:
Conduct ongoing discovery and market analysis to uncover emerging customer requirements, regulatory trends, and technology advancements. Integrate insights into the product roadmap to ensure relevance and differentiation.
Own & Evolve Product Backlog:
Maintain and prioritize a dynamic product backlog that enables agile development and supports the strategic roadmap. Ensure backlog items reflect customer value, technical feasibility, and compliance requirements.
Framework & Success Metrics:
Build and manage frameworks to track key product success metrics, including cost optimization, feature adoption, risk posture, reliability, and regulatory adherence. Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and demonstrate value.
Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Engineering and other stakeholders to deliver a seamless end-to-end user experience. Foster a culture of customer advocacy and continuous improvement across teams.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
5+ years of experience (or equivalent expertise) in product management, AI/ML infrastructure, or a relevant domain area Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design thinking, and data analytics for AI platforms Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management Experience driving strategy for long-term sustainability and execution within available resources Strong customer advocacy and ability to translate user needs into actionable product featuresPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
