We’re looking for a confident and commercially savvy professional who brings: + Hands-on experience in SME and/or Agri insurance, with a deep understanding of the sector’s needs and regulatory environment. + Proven success in product development and management, particularly in tailoring solutions for small businesses or rural clients. + Strong commercial and analytical skills to assess product viability and performance. + Ability to turn market and customer insights into practical, value-driven product solutions. + Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills. + Attention to detail and familiarity with insurance policy documentation. + Project management capability and a tertiary qualification in business or a related field.
