As our Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for: + Driving Strategy: Lead the product roadmap for SME and Agri insurance offerings, ensuring they’re commercially viable, relevant, and aligned with Aon’s purpose of better decisions. + Delivering Operational Excellence: Manage the full product lifecycle — from design and documentation to compliance and performance — while continuously improving coverage and processes. + Leadership & Culture: Promote wellbeing, inclusive leadership, and clear communication across the business, helping colleagues feel empowered and connected to our purpose. + Collaboration Across the Enterprise: Act as a trusted partner to internal teams and external stakeholders, including insurers and clients — always with a “one team” mindset. Who are we looking for? We’re looking for a confident and commercially savvy professional who brings: + Hands-on experience in SME and/or Agri insurance, with a deep understanding of the sector’s needs and regulatory environment. + Proven success in product development and management, particularly in tailoring solutions for small businesses or rural clients. + Strong commercial and analytical skills to assess product viability and performance. + Ability to turn market and customer insights into practical, value-driven product solutions. + Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills. + Attention to detail and familiarity with insurance policy documentation. + Project management capability and a tertiary qualification in business or a related field.
