To support this expansion, we are currently looking for a Product Manager.

What does the job entail?

In this position you will be responsible for:

Managing the full product lifecycle, from concept to market launchConducting market analysis and monitoring product performanceDeveloping marketing tools (POS materials, promotional supports, etc.)Creating visual communication materials (media campaigns, online banners, packaging, etc.) in collaboration with the graphic design teamLeading product-related projects in close cooperation with internal stakeholders (R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Sales, Scientific teams, etc.)Coordinating product action plans with the medical/pharmaceutical management to ensure alignment with field teams

What you bring to the table:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Life SciencesProven experience in marketing or product managementStrong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex informationGood understanding of commercial drivers and the ability to interpret sales dataCreative mindset with the ability to translate a product strategy into impactful marketing toolsStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsAutonomous, well-organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyFluency in French and English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus (language training can be provided)Expertise or a genuine interest in the healthcare and/or phytotherapy sectorAbility to regularly work from the head office located in the province of Namur (hybrid working model)
