Reporting to the Product Manager, the Product Manager is a hands-on, growth-minded individual who will oversee and participate in the success of assigned hardware product lines from strategy through launch and beyond. You’ll sit at the intersection of customers, engineering, and the business—turning real-world needs into clear product direction, shaping roadmaps, and enabling high-impact launches that drive value in the market.

This role is part of the Marketing team and is located in Hemet, CA, and will be hybrid, going 3 days a week into the office.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

Supporting assigned hardware product lines across the full product lifecycle, from roadmap planning through launch and optimization.Translating Voice of Customer (VoC) insights into clear, actionable product requirements.Partnering with R&D and Operations to support development, testing, and manufacturing readiness.Leading new product introductions and supporting commercial launch excellence.Monitoring product performance, including revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.Collaborating with Sales and Marketing on product positioning, pricing, and collateral.Conducting competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and risks.

The essential requirements of the job include: 

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field.A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a related commercial role, with experience supporting new product introductions and lifecycle management activities.Experience working cross-functionally with technical, operations, and commercial teams.Exposure to hardware product development, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.Ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time

It would be nice if you also possess:

Knowledge of municipal drinking/wastewater and/or industrial market

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 USD per year.
