The Role

What You'll Do
1. Own the Product Vision and Strategy
You’ll set the direction for Kyndryl’s SharePoint Online intranet—defining the vision, roadmap, and success metrics. You’ll translate business needs into real capabilities like intuitive content publishing, intelligent search, seamless collaboration, personalization, and modern knowledge management. You’ll conduct user research, analyze data, and benchmark against the best to make sure what you build is truly impactful.
2. Lead Requirements & Solution Design
You’ll run engaging requirements workshops, turn insights into user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with UX/UI experts to shape wireframes, prototypes, and governance models. You will be the glue that connects business needs, user experience, and technical feasibility.
3. Drive Delivery and Execution
You’ll work closely with engineering teams, SharePoint developers, and Microsoft 365 platform specialists to bring your roadmap to life. You’ll prioritize the backlog, manage sprints, support migration planning, and ensure everything aligns with Microsoft 365 best practices. You’ll guide the product from ideation to launch—and continuously improve it afterward.

Required Skills and Experience
Minimum of 4 years of product management or digital workplace/platform experience
Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or intranet platforms
Strong skills in information architecture, content management, and employee experience
A track record of delivering enterprise-scale platforms
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Agile delivery (Scrum preferred)
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience leading intranet or digital workplace transformations
Familiarity with Viva Connections, Engage, Topics or similar M365 experiences
Knowledge of governance, metadata, or content lifecycle frameworks
A consulting background in tech strategy or transformation
