IBM’s AI and data platform scales and accelerates the impact of AI with trusted data, and provides leading capabilities to train, tune and deploy AI across business. **Your role and responsibilities** As a product manager, you will be working with key stakeholders in defining the product strategy and roadmap, develop and manages the product lifecycle, and ensures it meets customer needs and business goals. Key responsibilities include market research, creating product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing development timelines, and analyzing product performance to drive improvements. **Required technical and professional expertise** • 10+ years of product management experience, with a minimum of 7 years focused on building and shipping customer-facing experiences. • 7+ years’ experience eliciting requirements during real time collaborative sessions with stakeholders in Agile Development Projects. • Ability to research, classify, and prioritize business, user and functional requirements • Solid analytical skills: able to define and track success metrics, interpret in-market data, work with telemetry, and translate insights into product improvements. • Excellent communicator and facilitator, comfortable driving alignment among senior stakeholders and across multiple disciplines. • Experience in software prototyping or innovation programs. • Familiarity with AI-powered design and prototyping tools. • Strong ability to define and document business and functional requirements, business process maps ("As-Is/To be") flows and diagrams. • Proven track record of shipping complex software experiences on schedule and at scale. • Ability to estimate work effort at project initiation stage as well as project milestones for business analysis/development activities with progressively improved variance to actual effort as scope and requirements are refined • Strong object-oriented analysis and design skills • Experience facilitating the design, development and documentation of use cases • Capacity to work closely with the development team and speak "their language" • Ability to present and explain project specific information to diverse types of audiences **Preferred technical and professional experience** '- Experience with web-based applications and tools - IBM System Z - RDBMS Databases - Strong understanding of GenAI and Agentic AI - Familiarity with frontend testing tools and backend testing frameworks. - Knowledge around designing and maintaining continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
