Overview
Shoppers Drug Mart is building the future of connected healthcare with a digital health platform that delivers personalized, intelligent experiences to millions of Canadians. As a Product Manager on the Digital Health AI team, you’ll shape the AI platform powering patient-facing health agents, personalized recommendations, and integrations with trusted Canadian health data sources.
What You’ll Do
AI Product Strategy & Vision: Define and own clear, actionable roadmaps for AI-powered health experiences, ensuring each release delivers measurable impact.
User-Centric Design for AI: Partner with design and clinical teams to map both “happy” and “unhappy” user journeys, delivering safe, human-centered healthcare experiences.
Technical Acumen: Collaborate closely with engineering and data science, leveraging your understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle to scope, prioritize, and validate features.
Prioritization & Scope Management: Deliver MVPs under tight deadlines by balancing velocity, safety, and scalability.
Risk Management & Clinical Safety: Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements, embedding safety guardrails into every release.
Data & Evaluation Strategy: Define success metrics, evaluation frameworks, and continuous improvement processes using real-world performance data.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong partnerships across clinical, legal, engineering, analytics, and operations teams to align priorities and drive delivery.

Skills and Requirements
Who You Are
3–6 years of Product Management experience in digital health, AI/ML, or consumer platforms.
Skilled at strategy and execution, with proven ability to bring clarity and structure to complex, cross-functional work.
Comfortable working with AI-driven products and regulated healthcare environments.
Passionate about improving health outcomes through safe, evidence-based, empowering user experiences.
