Job Description
An enterprise customer is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead development and lifecycle management. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of customer-facing digital experiences, driving product strategies that enhance usability, increase adoption, and deliver measurable business value.
- Product Strategy & Vision:
Define and execute product strategies Translate customer needs, market trends, and business objectives into a clear product roadmap.
- Lifecycle Management:
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle activities—from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization. Ensure products evolve to meet changing customer expectations and technological advancements.
- Cross-Functional Leadership:
Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, marketing, operations, and customer support teams to deliver high-impact product solutions. Act as the voice of the product across the organization.
- Market & Industry Insight:
Stay abreast of industry best practices, especially within cable and telecommunications. Apply insights to inform product decisions and maintain competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
Develop and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the product development process. Facilitate alignment across business units.
- Responsible for managing the sprint backlog of the customers offshore dev team.
- Anchor to offshore dev team
- Can pay $50-55/h
Product Launch & Enhancements:
Lead successful product launches and ongoing enhancements across Charter’s service and application portfolio. Monitor performance metrics and iterate based on data-driven insights.

Skills and Requirements
- Proven experience in product development or product management within the cable or telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of digital self-service platforms and customer experience optimization.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working 6am- 3pm
