POSITION OVERVIEW\n
A strategic and user-focused Product Manager with a strong track record of aligning product direction with organizational goals while delivering meaningful value to end users. Experienced in managing and prioritizing product backlogs, defining clear acceptance criteria, and maintaining roadmaps that balance short-term needs with long-term strategy. Adept at driving product vision, collaborating closely with Agile and DevSecOps teams, and leading iterative planning and delivery cycles to ensure user-centric outcomes. Brings strong technical fluency to cross-functional discussions involving architecture, APIs, and CI\/CD pipelines. Skilled in translating complex user needs into actionable business value, facilitating stakeholder communication through modern channels, and applying industry best practices to continuously improve product performance and team collaboration.\n
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nEnsure the product direction provides value to the end user and aligns with organizational goals. \nManage product backlogs, including writing acceptance criteria and ensuring proper prioritization. \nDrive the product vision and communicate it effectively to stakeholders and development teams. \nCollaborate closely with Agile\/DevSecOps teams to ensure incremental and user-centric delivery. \nLead iterative planning meetings to ensure stories are accurately estimated and prioritized to best fit user needs. \nDevelop and maintain product roadmaps that support both short-term objectives and long-term strategies. \nTranslate user needs into business value and balance priorities between user requirements and organizational benefit. \nFacilitate product information campaigns using modern communication channels (e.g., Twitter, blogs, community forums).. \nCoordinate and lead productive meetings (standups, retrospectives, demos, reviews) that drive product outcomes. \nMaintain awareness of industry best practices for product management and apply lessons learned to ongoing projects. \nProvide technical fluency when collaborating with development teams to ensure alignment on architecture, APIs, CI\/CD, and other delivery pipelines. \n\n
Required Qualifications:\n\nExperience in designing innovative digital products\/systems in a NATO or National defense institution. Proven experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization. \nDeep understanding of customers, technology, competition, and the ability to execute product strategy. \nExperience collaborating with high-performing Agile\/DevSecOps development teams (standups, retrospectives, design reviews, user research, demos). \nExperience with planning and execution of product information campaigns using modern communication channels (Twitter, blogs, etc.). \nExperience driving product vision and effectively communicating this vision across Agile teams.\nAbility to translate user needs into business value and ensure user-centric prioritization of features and backlog. \nKnowledge of industry best practices for Product Managers and commitment to continuous professional learning. \nAbility to facilitate productive meetings that drive product outcomes. \nFamiliarity with technical concepts to effectively communicate with development teams (APIs, architectures, CI\/CD, cloud-native basics). \nProfessional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) or equivalent certification. \nUniversity degree in ICT, Business, or a related discipline.\n\n
