Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager who champions the product vision. You will create and own the product strategy based on market analysis, customer segmentation and value creation. You will manage product delivery to market and manage product lifecycle.
You will manage bottlenecks, resolve escalations, anticipate and make feature and resource trade-offs, balance the business needs against technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in video and/or SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) product management, along with strong relationship skills. A solid understanding of customers' business and technology environments will be essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities
Establish product vision, goals and key business metrics Identify market needs and turn them into product requirements Collaborate with colleagues to build the best overall product offering Coordinate with engineering teams for product and roadmap development Evangelize products towards presales, sales, and customers Assist sales in winning new customer accounts
Required Skills and Experience
Experience as a Product Manager or similar role within Pre-Sales, engineering or customer facing, preferably from a SaaS or video streaming environment. Knowledge of video broadcast and/or streaming workflows Familiarity with SaaS business models A visionary, strategic thinker with strong verbal and written communication skills, with clear ability to influence and collaborate with people across different functions and levels within an organisation Demonstrated analytical thinking skills and proactive approach to problem-solving Innovative thinker with a clear passion for technology. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on user experience and understanding of customer requirements Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in product management tools Strong business acumen and understanding of product Profit and Loss.
