Job Responsibilities
Product Requirements Understanding & Solution Delivery

Gain a deep understanding of business and operational demands, translating abstract concepts into well-defined functional solutions and product frameworks Draft Product Requirement Documents (PRD), flowcharts, and user journey maps, showcasing strong logical clarity and structured thinking. Design wireframes or prototypes (low or high fidelity) to outline interactions, logic flows, and edge cases, setting the direction for UI design. Manage the entire product development cycle from requirement discovery ? structural analysis ? product design ? development coordination ? testing ? launch Cross-department Coordination & Project Management Act as the project lead, aligning resources across product, engineering, design, operations, legal, and customer service teams. Build comprehensive project timelines and phase plans, establish milestones, prioritize tasks, and resolve resource allocation issues. Conduct project meetings, monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure on-time product delivery.??????? Requirements Management & Version Planning Support the Product Director in planning versions and scheduling requirements based on business priorities. Administer the requirements backlog and change control procedures to maintain development focus and goal alignment Monitor user feedback, technical constraints, and operational concerns, updating the product requirements list accordingly. Collaboration with Operations Analyze operational workflows, user journeys, and backend logic to address functional or event-related needs raised by the operations team. Assist operations in utilizing backend tools, including event setup, reward distribution, and data dashboard usage. Contribute to post-launch monitoring, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirement Bachelor’s degree or above in Product Design, Information Management, Engineering, Business Analysis, or related fields. At least 3 years of end-to-end product project management experience, with hands-on leadership of product features from conception to launch. Proficient in prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Axure, Sketch, flowchart tools). Familiar with platform-based product structures, operational activity configuration, and user behavior logic (preferred). Fluent in Chinese and English
