Kforce has a client in Bedford, MA that is seeking an experienced, self-driven Product Manager to join our Digital Customer Experience (CX) team. The Product Manager will lead the development and optimization of digital products across the customer journey, translating business goals into impactful product strategies. In this role, the Product Manager will own the product roadmap, work cross-functionally in an Agile environment, and drive delivery of digital experiences that improve customer outcomes. Key Responsibilities: * Define and execute product roadmaps based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals * Prioritize and manage product backlogs in collaboration with stakeholders * Lead cross-functional teams through full product lifecycle * Translate customer insights into product features and measurable outcomes * Align product initiatives with enterprise-wide strategies * Contribute to business case development and release planning * Serve as point of escalation for product-related delivery challenges
