Product Manager

Conduct Engineering Market Analysis: Perform in-depth market research and competitive benchmarking with a focus on technical product attributes. Analyze business performance data (unit volumes, revenue, margins) to uncover trends and inform product strategy.Identify and Quantify Technical Pain Points: Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to surface and validate engineering challenges. Apply structured innovation frameworks to translate insights into actionable development initiatives.Drive Innovation Projects: Lead or support innovation efforts from concept through launch, ensuring solutions are technically differentiated and aligned with customer needs.Collaborate Across Engineering and Product Teams: Partner closely with Product Development, R&D, and cross-functional teams throughout all stages of the innovation lifecycle. Ensure alignment on technical feasibility, design requirements, and time-to-market goals.Support Strategic Decision-Making: Provide engineering input into product roadmaps, investment priorities, and go-to-market strategies based on data-driven insights.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

BS in Business Management, Marketing, or Engineering - MBA preferred 3-5 years of overall experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Marketing, and/or Product DevelopmentPackaging experience in the Food, Beverage and/or Personal/Household Care Industries (preferred)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/hr.
