Product Manager

- We are seeking a strategic and technically adept Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of digital customer interfaces and complex backend systems within our enterprise telecom environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of user experience, technical systems, and data-driven decision-making.
- Product Strategy & Road mapping
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital interfaces and backend systems (billing, provisioning, inventory, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI, operations, and marketing to align product goals with business objectives.
- User Experience (UX) Leadership
- Partner with UX designers to create intuitive, user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Translate customer needs and feedback into actionable product features and enhancements.
- Backend Systems Integration
- Work closely with technical teams to understand and manage complex backend systems such as billing engines, provisioning platforms, and inventory management tools.
- Ensure seamless integration between front-end interfaces and backend infrastructure.
- Data & Metrics Analysis
- Define KPIs and success metrics for product performance.
Analyze user behavior, system performance, and business outcomes to inform product decisions and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as the voice of the product across the organization, clearly communicating priorities, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
- Gather and synthesize feedback from internal teams, customers, and partners.
